TERMS & CONDITIONS – MMSAT 2026

1. Personal Information & Privacy

By registering for MMSAT 2026, you acknowledge that M.M. Institute may collect and process your personal information during the registration process. By proceeding, you agree that your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Institute’s Privacy Policy.

M.M. Institute reserves the right to update or modify its policies at any time at its sole discretion.

2. Registration & Examination Procedure

MMSAT 2026 will be conducted in Offline mode only.
Registration will be available through official communication channels of M.M. Institute.
Registered students can collect/download their Admit Card using their registered mobile number.
All mandatory details must be filled accurately.
Incomplete, incorrect, duplicate, or multiple registrations will be rejected without prior notice.

Examination Format

Question Types:
- Single Correct Answer
- Objective Type Questions
The examination will be conducted using OMR sheets.
Each correct answer carries +4 marks.
No negative marking for incorrect answers.
Students found using unfair means, cheating, or malpractice will be immediately disqualified and barred from future scholarship opportunities.
Students may attempt MMSAT only once per academic year.

3. MMSAT Exam Pattern

Each correct answer: +4 marks
Incorrect or unattempted answers: 0 marks
Total Maximum Marks: 120

4. Scholarship Criteria

Scholarships under MMSAT 2026 are applicable only to 1-Year Offline Courses at M.M. Institute.
Scholarships are applicable only on the tuition fee component.
Maximum scholarship allowed: 50% of tuition fees.
Scholarships will be awarded strictly based on MMSAT performance.
Scholarships will be declared along with the result.
Eligible Classes: 6th to 12th.
Scholarships are:
- Non-transferable
- Cannot be shared with siblings
- Cannot be transferred to another mobile number
Scholarship must be claimed by visiting the institute office within the validity period.
Final approval of scholarship rests with M.M. Institute Management.

📊 Minimum Qualifying & Scholarship Slabs

Scholarship will be awarded as per marks obtained in MMSAT (Out of 120 Marks):

90 – 100 Marks → 50% Scholarship
80 – 89 Marks → 40% Scholarship
70 – 79 Marks → 30% Scholarship
Below 70 Marks → No Scholarship

Minimum qualifying marks for scholarship consideration: 70 Marks.

M.M. Institute reserves the right to revise scholarship slabs based on overall performance.

5. Result Declaration & Validity

Result Declaration: Within 4 days after the exam
Scholarship Validity: 7 days from the exam date
Failure to complete admission within validity period will result in cancellation of scholarship.
M.M. Institute reserves the right to extend or cancel scholarship validity without prior notice.

6. General Instructions

Scholarships are fee concessions provided as financial assistance.
If the Government imposes GST or any tax on scholarships/discounts, it shall be borne by the student/parent/guardian.
MMSAT results will mention:
- Student’s Name
- Class
- Marks
- Eligible Scholarship
Any discrepancies must be reported to the institute office within 3 working days.
Providing a valid mobile number is mandatory. The institute is not responsible for communication failures due to incorrect contact details.
The institute may communicate via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls.
Students availing MMSAT scholarship are not eligible for any other institute discounts or offers.
In case of course transfer or change, scholarship benefits may be withdrawn.
No refund shall be applicable once admission is confirmed.
By agreeing to these terms, students authorize M.M. Institute to use their name, photographs, videos, and testimonials for promotional purposes.

Any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts at the institute’s registered location.
